Ok, so I was sittin in the thinking room, and believe it or not, I had a thought. I dont know how GOOD the thought is, buuuut.... The US is umpteen zillion $ in the hole, so, what would happen if all the multimillionaires, and up, were to, say, donate 10% of their vast, gathering dust, wealth to a debt recovery program (which they,undoubtedly, could earn back in interest alone) and, perhaps, as an incentive, for each 10% they contribute, they would earn maybe a tax break on 10% of their wealth for a fiscal quarter....just a thought
