Ok so here goes 3 positive things for 3 days for my gorgeous friend Sheli Cat who kindly nominated me! Before I begin, I nominate my lovely husband Matthew Lewis-Fallows, and my much loved two sisters Donna Fallows and Fi Frost. 1) My husband, lover, life long soul mate, and partner in crime never ceases to amaze me! Matt makes me unbelievably happy. He makes me laugh my leg off daily, and never chastizes me when I make errors of judgment as we all do. He is quite simply the most supportive he could possibly be and a fantastic Dad to our little nipper. As I return to work on 11th August, I am really excited for Barny and Matt and know that some seriously fun times await them both! Watch out Brighton! 2) Having the ability to self reflect and knowing myself well enough to keep the dreaded black dog from my door. We all get down from time to time and I think its important to talk about it. Feeling so much better and surfing those waves is very different to drowning in them. Lets make sure we really do support each other through these times peeps and keep an eye out for each other. 3) Gawd I love our garden! I have enjoyed so much attacking our allotment in the mornings. Now Barney sleeps through the night now (mostly). I get quality me time ripping out swathes of bind weed, digging up spuds and gathering plums! As an old friend David Moseley once told me It doesnt matter where you start, just start! Growing things is good for the soul. Do it! Soon youll have courgette plants like chickens and get a rude vegetable every day!
