Ok so its small business Saturday or whatever the f*** they call it and its been pretty much my quietest day of the year in the shop so I may be in a slightly shit mood but when at 6ft tall 8 stone woman walks in and asks me if I do skinny milk and then not only sneers at me when I reply just semi-skimmed but has the audacity to ask is there a Costa near here? How am I supposed to react?!!! Well I didnt punch her. She ended up settling for a watered down latte...obviously those 30 calories were just too much to cope with. NEXT!! Actually dont bother - I think Ill close early ;-))
