Damodar Valley Corporation has its root in Jharkhand, more particularly within the District of Dhanbad (Maithan , Chandrapura etc), but we the people of Dhanbad are the worst sufferer of gross power cut. May be J.S.E.B. for some delay in the formation of the Energy Development Corpn.is unable to realize its dues from the Central Govt.and make payment as per JUVNL agreement, that does not justify DVCs demand of A POUND OF FLESH . Like a drop of blood we the people of Dhanbad shall be restrictive about the use of every inch of our territory by DVC.
