Ok what I am about to say is say is my own personal observation and has nothing to do with racism. Its not that the Black child is not smart but the black child has been neglected in more way than one. Its winter school holidays and the streets of many townships are full with youth that need something to develop their intellect ,communication skill ,education and the pride of self-love. I walked in to a youth camp outside the north west were I found White and Asian children learning about agricultural life and nature preservation the amazing part is that most of the program coordinators are Whites. The reality kick in when I realized that the is less than 5%of Black Youth on this program a big Question came to my mind ,yes true many Black parents could not afford to pay for their children to be on this program My points: its not that Europeans & Asians are way smarter than Africans, Whites and Asian races fund the education of their communities beyond the class room
