Actually, bought is a misleading term itself since analysts assume that the majority of people who will try to sign up first will be the lowest earners and, therefore, qualify for free coverage under the expanded Medicaid provisions. I believe its human nature to jump on a bandwagon. So, reports of problems with the website and certain insureds claiming skyrocketing premium hikes will cause the young, healthy population (upon which the Affordable Care Act burdens to fund it) to wait and see what happens. Compound this with the Presidents scrambling to save face by extending a year-long grace period for people to keep substandard (and less expensive) plans and we have a pretty bleak outlook for Obamacare. With half the country already opposed to him and a huge margin of the other half feeling deceived, hes got a hard row to hoe now.
