Okay I have a questions or maybe I am asking for insight here. IHOP was packed and I did not want to wait so I went to Panda Express instead. While eating this guy comes up to me the area where our office is has lots of homeless people in the area. Mind you, I have had periods of homelessness in my life and hitch hiked across America for about two years so I relate to the situation. One thing I could never do was panhandle for money. I would always find a labor hall to work out of or eat at the soup kitchen. However, I dont look down on people who do. Well this guy comes up to my table where I am eating and ask me for money cause he was hungry. I dont carry cash on me especially in this hood so I said I am sorry I dont have money. He proceeded to ask everyone in the place to no avail. Well my eyes were bigger than my stomach today so I had about 1/4 of a plate I could not eat so I took the plate to him [he was sitting outside head lowered] I offered him the plate I admit it was half-eaten he looked at me and said dude I anit eaten your left-over shit, I went to thinking when I was homeless and hungry and someone offered me food I was grateful. This angered me some so I responded to him ole you want my money but not my good graces sir its this attitude that might be a reason your homeless and furthermore why no one gave you any money. Be Thankful for what you got and be grateful for any kindness bestowed on you and you might see your situation change. WAS I WRONG?
