Okay I never like to post my personal business...but I cant help it with this: Im self conscious about my weight (BTW BMI is not always true) ....but every time I try to Google some diet and exercise regiment (I dont believe in the pills) it takes me to an add or some website to have me buy stuff. Does anyone else get upset about how American society is so shallow and takes advantage of people who are desperate?? Especially when they are trying to do the right thing...regardless of how little support one has?? Thanks for listening all :)
