Okay, Im going to vent. In the last three weeks , I have seen cars uptown parked on the wrong sides of the streets. Cars parked southbound in the northbound sides and vice versa. I have four vehicles make u-turns directly in front of me. We either need officers assigned to patrol the CITY streets or pull some off the by-pass. As I was driving pass Blackwells the other day I was behind a SUV that , I thought was going to make a right turn at the Bronson House. As I started to go past her she just did a U-turn and would have hit me had I not been driving defensively. Cant people abide the law?
