Okay as some of yall know I was looking at a horse not long ago with long pastern and owner decided to keep her. Well I found a rescue and she has two horses that were from a kill buyer and both need weight put on . But they almost look as if they are bloated instead. I asked her what she is usingr to help put weight on them she said sweet feed and grass. So if I do adopt these two horses I would prefer something else as this looks like its just addin fat and not any muscle . You can see their hip bones and rips still . Neither are pregnant. And their bone on back needs muscle/ weight... I need some tips on how to fatten up / put muscle on them . Horses I have had previously were easy keepers
