Okay everyone Im coming out of the closet. Ten days ago I was working hard at three jobs and wanted to lose my mind. I decided I need to simplify my life and focus on what was right in front of me. I decided I need to take my salon job more seriously. So I backed off of my other two jobs a little. With my tax return, I decided to buy a large amount of retail for my salon to bring in more cash flow. I wanted to have that AWESOME thing that girls go wild over (because I KNOW thats where the fun and money is at!) I bought a lot of hair products to sell in the shelves and I also decided to try this 3D mascara from a friend. I joined the company just to sell the mascara retail in my salon. Like I said, this was just 10 days ago. Within my first 8 days I had, unintentionally built an amazing team of woman who love it as well, AND matched my monthly income that I had with It Works(in EIGHT DAYS!) Since their are no autoships, website fees, or quotas, I figured it was no risk. Why not? I never intended it to come to this but I guess thats how amazing things come to us, unexpectedly. With this, also, comes me no longer being with It Works Global. I learned so much through my time with them but I feel like Im where I need to be now. That being said, this whole company is based through social media. So it takes NO extra time for me to run the business. I dont have to leave work or home. Im also almost to the first leadership level in the business (again, YES, just in TEN DAYS!!!) so if anyone wants to talk, Im here. But, now the secret is out! I stand behind what Im doing and Im having a blast. Im not stressed anymore. I get excited everyday! Thank you for everyone that has supported me through this transition
