Okay...so, Im going to throw a challenge out there to all you smart thinking group members. Lets look at things slightly differently here. If we had a strong city council in place...how can we work WITH them to make this city a better place. Complaints are not allowed in this thread :-) Im looking for examples of how the city can help you...is it less red tape to start a business? Is it to pass a by-law? Is it to rezone an area? The CIty has some money available but not tons so...if you are an entrepreneur with a great idea, which Im sure you have, that could employ yourself out of working poor status, and/or employ others, how can the city help? I dont want to hear what they HAVENT done for you...I want to hear what the CAN!!! Lets work in harmony!
