Okay yall, I gotta take some time to brag on my cutie patootie. :) Im gonna rewind back to the first & time Jacob met me. I was in the hospital, literally on my death bed, and he still somehow managed to find me cute. Why on Earth would a man as handsome as Jake be visiting a stranger you may ask? The answer is simple, COACH & a mannerly mom. ;) I had just enrolled & knew no one! So of course Mrs. Johnston being herself thought it would be a good idea to introduce me to some one. As our chats about COACH, Banquet, graduation, & each other went on in that short span of time, I realized how sweet his dimples were, how he could make me laugh (again, on my death bed), his intelligence (on trivial things as well as nerdy things), the way he spoke about his relationship with God, man, I was crushin! But, little did I know Jake was picking up on things about me as well. I had previously mentioned that I wanted to watch the Lion King, but the hospital didnt have it. So, Jake & Mrs Johnston run to walmart to search for it to bring to me (so sweet!). Sadly they couldnt find it, but Jake (to the rescue) remembered I like penguins & promptly bought me this movie. Oh my goodness, I about had a heart attack. Sweetness overload! This is just the beginning. As we talked more (out of the hospital) I began to realize all the things I really appreciate about him. Hes taken so many measures to be with me, even 100 miles away. Hes a blessing, a friend, and a man who holds my heart. So after all that, (I may have a tendency to ramble a bit 😉) HAPPY BIRTHDAY DIMPLETON! I appreciate all you do for me, more than you realize. 😘
