Serves: 4 Serving Size: 1 slice Cooking Time: 16 min What Youll Need: 1/2 cup liquid egg substitute 1/2 cup fat-free milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 teaspoons granulated Splenda 4 slices cinnamon-raisin bread What To Do: Coat a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, beat egg substitute, milk, vanilla, and Splenda until smooth. Pour into shallow dish. Coat both sides of bread with egg mixture.
