On January 15th, the West Point Band held a change of command ceremony. Lt. Col. Jim Keene who has been with the band nearly five years relinquished command to Lt. Col. Andy Esch who was most recently the commandant of U.S. Army School of Music. West Point - The U.S. Military Academy Superintendent Lt. Gen. Robert Caslen presided over the ceremony and NY State Senator William J. Larkin Jr. was in attendance. Thank you for your dedicated leadership and service Lt. Col. Keene!
