On June 23rd, My German Shepherd gave birth to puppies. While I was rehoming them, a lady who goes by Serenty Santis aka Chloe Severson aka Ari Teal-Sprague came to my house and said she wanted two of them. I sold them for 300 dollars each to her. She asked to set up a payment plan contract (I have a copy of that), She then wrote me three checks for 200 dollars each (which were bad checks). The payment plan was to be 100 dollars on August 15th (I finally got that payment on August 24th). 150 dollars on September 1st (Still have NOT gotten it), 150 dollars on September 15th (still have NOT gotten it), 150 dollars on August 15th (Still have Not received this payment), and final payment of $50 dollars on October 15th ( and again did not make this payment). I have saved over 500 messages between Serenity aka Chloe aka Ari as well as 150 messages from Nicole Hernandez (her wife) where they promise to pay on a date, I message them at that date to confirm we are still meeting and their responses saying they can not meet. I have tried to work with them but they obviously have NO intention of paying. They did bring one of the two puppies back to me. So based on the value of the puppies at 300 dollars and the payment of 100 dollars that has been made (I did have a $50 dollar non-refundable deposit but I CHOOSE not to enforce it thinking that would prove my willingness to work with them). I have now had NO contact from them in 3 weeks about the puppy or the payment I am due. I sent them both messages which they both saw today but neither choose not to respond. Please beware when trying to deal with these two individuals. They are THIEFS. No not trust them to make promised payments. They will not do it. Looks Like a day in court is in the future for me. I WILL BE SUING TO GET MY PUPPY BACK and you will be paying the court costs.
