On May 5, 2014 at approximately 12:06 AM, Mount Union Police assisted with a psychological emergency on West Shirley Street. On May 5, 2014 at approximately 9:43 PM, Mount Union Police assisted wtih a psychological emergency on West Water Street. On May 6, 2014 at approximately 2:41 AM, Mount Union Police assisted the Pennsylvania State Police with an incident on Second Street in Allenport. On May 6, 2014 at approximately 6:15 PM, Mount Union Police assisted the Mount Union Code Enforcement Officer with an incident on North Drake Street. On May 6, 2014 at approximately 6:30 PM, Mount Union Police responded to a report of a fight at Lower Municipal Park. The group scattered when police arrived and a 14 year old Mount Union boy was taken into custody. The boy was released to his parent. On May 7, 2014 at approximately 8:36 AM, Mount Union Police assisted the Mount Union Code Enforcement Officer on North Drake Street. On May 7, 2014 at approximately 7:08 PM, Mount Union Police were called to a West Shirley Street residence for a report of a child shooting a BB gun in the area. Police warned the parent that Borough Ordinance prohibits the discharge of any firearm in the Borough, which includes BB guns. On May 8, 2014 at approximately 7:40 PM, Mount Union Police were dispatched to a South Division Street residence for a report of an unwanted person at the residence. The individual was asked to leave, and did so without incident. On May 8, 2014 at approximately 9:19 PM, Mount Union Police observed a loud group of individuals at an East Shirley Street business. The group was warned about their disorderly conduct, and asked to leave the parking lot. On May 9, 2014 at approximately 12:59 AM, Mount Union Police were dispatched to a noise complaint on Wrangletown Road. Police checked the area, and were unable to locate any loud noise. On May 9, 2014 at approximately 3:00 PM, Mount Union Police investigated a report of suspicious activity on West Water Street. On May 9, 2014 at approximately 3:15 PM, Mount Union Police investigated a report of criminal mischief on West Poplar Street. On May 9, 2014 at approximately 3:36 PM, Mount Union Police investigated a report of a loose dog on North Division Street. The dog was returned to its owner. On May 9, 2014 at approximately 6:45 PM, Mount Union Police were called to a report of a fight on Park Street. It was determined that two juveniles were fighting with one another, and both boys were warned about their conduct. On May 10, 2014 at approximately 2:28 AM, Mount Union Police warned several individuals engaged in a loud argument on East Shirley Street. The individuals left the area, and no further incidents were reported. On May 10, 2014 at approximately 3:45 AM, Mount Union Police assisted the Pennsylvania State Police with an incident on the Croghan Pike. On May 10, 2014 at approximately 6:00 PM, Mount Union Police were dispatched to a report of an unknown subject in another persons home. It was determined that the call was from out of the Borough of Mount Union and was referred to the Pennsylvania State Police. A short time later, Mount Union Police received information that the individual was now in the area of North Division Street and East Water Street. Police found Benny Runk, 57, Mount Union, highly intoxicated. Runk was cited for Public Drunkenness and committed to the Huntingdon County Jail on a probation violation. On May 10, 2014 at approximately 9:00 PM, Mount Union Police warned a group of juveniles that were fighting in the area of West Walnut Street.
