On Wednesday as one of the shortlisted contestants we pitched to a live audience and a tough panel of expert judges at Paintworks in Bristol. This was followed by a rigorous Q & A session. We are please to say that we won the “One to Watch” live pitch. However immediately after the announcement that we had won, we were then informed that we again to be thrown back into the lions (Dragons?) den. This final pitch, with the four finalists from companies that had a trading history pitching event, was for the main event prize. Although we didn’t win this, it was unexpected opportunity to pitch again and the Judges were evidently extremely impressed with us and highly praised our products. The Pitch UK also featured extensive networking, business master classes and the opportunity to meet investors. All of which Roc took full opportunity to exploit.
