On World Environment Day, take resolution to protect environment, prevent wastage of food and make the State green and prosperous. The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) has declared the 2013 World Environment Day theme to be Think-Eat-Save. This theme has been chosen to raise awareness and encourage people to find out more about the subject of "Food Waste and Food Loss". Food waste and food loss is an issue related to Environment and Human Life. Therefore, we could give our valuable cooperation to check wastage of food and to provide food security to all. The State Government is aware and concerned about conservation of forest and environment. I appeal to all the citizens to come forward and cooperate for protection of environment so that healthy and green environment could be delivered to the future generation.
