On another note (this would be more for the locals), there is always so much whining and complaining about new things in the area, oh the traffic, not on 30a, not on 98, the zip line is killing a tree. I get all of that, but things are growing. It has been growing since we ALL started moving here. Chill out. There is one thing that does bug me. We jet ski in the bay a good bit from Pt Washington to the pass. Did you know that there are 3 sailboats that have run aground and are just sitting there, abandoned in the bay? Two are around Mack Bayou and the other is by Indian Trail. Can something not be done with those? Who should remove them? Can the state or someone fine the owner of the boat to pay for the cost to remove it? It is not only an eyesore, but also a serious safety hazard. My thought of the day.
