On the sixth anniversary of the 26/11 Mumbai attacks by terrorists from Pakistan, let us commemorate all those innocent civilians, irrespective of religion or nationality, who died in these terrible attacks; let us commemorate the sacrifices of all those Indian security personnel, irrespective of religion, who fought terrorists risking their lives, some dying martyrs; let us remember those Muslims of Mumbai who refused to bury the bodies of the nine terrorists who were killed, calling their activities un-Islamic as also those Muslims of that city who organized a demonstration against terrorism. Here is a piece by a liberal Pakistani Muslim columnist on this terrible carnage written shortly after these attacks had taken place. 26/11, we, Indians, shall never forget.
