On this Human Rights Day, and this Founders Day for my Kappa Sigma - TopicsExpress

On this Human Rights Day, and this Founders Day for my Kappa Sigma brothers, I invite my friends and family to spare some time for this presentation by Gary Yourofsky on veganism and animal rights. As we celebrate our human rights, let us not forget the trying times of others. I always wanted to save the world. I am still ignorant to many aspects of life. I will continue to make mistakes, but I will continue to evolve. I will strive to grow as an individual. Open your hearts to the idea of universal love. I was first turned on to the idea of veganism when Carl Lewis, olympic legend, visited Fort Drum in April of this year. An olympic athlete oughta know a thing or two about nutrition, so I began to look into the lifestyle. It took me about 7 months to catch on, but... 2.5 weeks vegan, for this Ham. Make a conscious decision to do something profound. To better your health. To show compassion for animals. To save the world. And for my brothers, happy Founders Day. Through fellowship, leadership, scholarship, service, and diligence, I urge you to be the change you wish to see in the world.
