On this day, last year ,Dec. 24, 2013 I had just finished 6 days of Chemo treatments for leukemia. ( cancer ) They originally told me that because I would be experiencing a lot of side effects from the treatments, that I would be there for 3 weeks. When the Doctor walked in that morning, he said We are sending you home today, you are doing remarkably well. I know you have a strong faith in God. He then pointed up to Heaven and said, Well, He is definitely on your side. You dont have any side effects from your chemo, so you can spend Christmas at home. We will see you again in 3 weeks I yelled out Hallelujah, God is Good He laughed and said, You are a amazing patient. The staff here speaks highly of you. I let him know , to God be the Glory. Thank you Lord for Healing me, for saving me, and for loving me so much. You have giving me a beautiful and loving wife ( Kristi ), who stands beside me, a great Godly mother ( Gertrude ) who along with my wife, led me to you. A lovely Godly Mother in Law ( Louise ) who called every Church in W.Va, to pray for me, a great family, two Godly sisters ( Julia and Ronna ) who I love so much!!! My Pastor, Eddie Edmond, and all the other Pastors that I have met since being Healed. Thank you Lord for the opportunity to be a witness for you to so many people. The Bible says Without Faith it is impossible to please God I had no doubt, I knew God would heal me, I said that from day one when I was first diagnosed. Being saved does not mean that everything in Life is going to be peaches and cream Things are going to happen, after all we live in a sinful world. So we are going to face heartaches and pain, sorrow and temptation, but if we trust in God and depend on Him, then no matter what we face in Life , we can be assured that God is with us, now and forever. I have that peace that surpasses all understanding!!!
