i just made a double rich chocolate cake ( the wesson oil cake...at least 50 year old recipe ) for the Cornell track team guys upstairs...they were Crazy for it ....but of course, its with my home made peanut butter cream frosting...best cake recipe.... so rich and dark...and the peanut butter frosting??? well, when the track guy was here he dipped into it and said best butter cream frosting he had ever tasted!!! i should had posted a pic of his face!!!! those guys are great and i love cooking for them!
