On what basis can a private establishment generally catering to the public refuse entry to a person? Some obvious things that come to mind are attire, capacity, conduct - but how about race, gender, disability, caste etc? Where is the limit of this freedom to refuse entry at a place open generally to the public? Anyone who knows the underlying laws relevant to this? Please share your views in the comment.
