Once Syed Muhammad Anwar Shah Kashmiri was waiting for train at railway station Wazirabad just before dawn. Pupils and followers of the Syed were around him. Meanwhile the Hindu stationmaster passed near them having a large lamp in his hand. On seeing the Syed, he stopped and started staring at his face. Then he spoke, “Of which religion he is the scholar, cannot be a false religion" and embraced Islam on his (Syed Muhammad Anwar Shah) hands. A similar incident happened in Punjab where a non-Muslim embraced Islam just on having a look on his bright face.
