Once again, the staff of Prince William County Schools go above and beyond. Odessa participated in a national essay contest. She forgot to have me sign the permission slip, which is due today. Her Language Arts teacher contacted the teacher in charge of the contest, who agreed to fax me the slip to sign. Its not in their role to go the extra mile, yet it shows how much they believe in a student and what lengths they will go to help her succeed.
