One Gentle AGM level HR Executive of NCR HQ recently transfered from there commented about retired employees that they are like use-less Freedom Fighters, who have become an un-necessary burden to the Country. The Ex. Employees are still squeeging NTPC. Another GM of same department presently sits @ 2nd floor SCOPE, even refused to extend an appointment, commented that we are like Ram Sena, who spoiled Ayodhya & we NTPC. My mistake, I have not takent a job after retirement in UPL but started my own organization by providing employment to 6 youth & equal number to Ex Employees. I request the younger generation not to pass such comments on senior citizens who were instrumental to build this huge organization. Wt best wishes.
