One day of eating on my plan and everything is adjustable.. Irene Jerue Pro Fitness I-Fit Plan Day One First Meal- 1/2 Cup Oatmeal (measured dry) Remember 2 parts water 1 part Oatmeal. 2 Servings Egg Whites (scrambled) use Salsa and Seasonings as you like. You can also have some Almond Milk, Splenda, and or Cinnamon. Second Meal- After Workout Protein Shake (walmart brand is fine) Suppliments-BCAAs, Multi Vitamin, Fish Oil, Flax Seed Third Meal- 4oz. Chicken Breast (grilled or baked) Seasonings as you like, use lemon or lime also. Get creative, One Cup Leafy Greens (spinach, romaine ect..) Balsimic Vinegar dressing, One Serving Sweet Potatos (can be baked, boiled, ect..) try not to fry things. Fourth Meal- Greek Yogurt with Granola (One serving each) Mix it together. Fifth Meal- 6oz. Fish, Chicken or Turkey (anyway you like, not fried) Season it, One Cup Broccoli, One Serving of beans your choice (black beans are best) or One Serving Brown Rice. 6th Meal- Hard Boiled Egg and/or Peanut Butter (one serv) Piece of fruit, celery, carrots, many veggies are ok..(not avocado)
