One of my new best buds at our shelter - Ghostbuster! Was found dragging a trap that was tightly clamped down on his paw and it looked as though it had been on there for quite a while. Even through that, he was a purring machine and very friendly. I love him. Its not 100% that he will for sure have to have his limb amputated but it is looking that way. Our vet will do whatever is best for his overall well being in order for him to make a full recovery. Ghostbuster will make an excellent companion for someone once he is all better. There is a special place in hell for those that set out these kind of traps. I hope one day you step on one yourself and nobody is around for many miles requiring you to have to chew your own leg off to become free...
