One of our Trim Healthy Mamas is getting national acclaim for a fabulous cause – celebrating and remembering our brave military heroes! She is also about to celebrate her Trim Healthy Mama anniversary. Some may think a little over twenty pounds is slow weight loss for a year. Eve B is overjoyed at her progress! “In 15 days, I will be celebrating my trim-iversary. I am so thrilled that I am so close to my weight goal now. I have lost 23 pounds so far AND I FEEL GREAT inside and out! I started with about 28 pounds to lose. I was looking for an overall change in my life and not a quick way to lose. I think 23 pounds lost is fantastic for me and I have to be honest, I am not strict with this plan. The self-confidence I have gained is a lot more than 23 pounds. I do not have before pictures. I couldnt even get myself to take one. A few days ago, the local paper called to do an article on my company. This morning when I looked at the pictures for the article, tears rolled down my eyes. I am loving what I see. It feels so incredibly good to look healthy and trim! What I have loved most about my Trim Healthy Mama journey is that it has been easy, accessible and affordable. I have so much more energy it is unbelievable. I love the Fat Stripping Frappa from the book! Thanks to my mentor Megan M and of course to Serene and Pearl for writing such a life changing book.
