One of the area’s primary cable TV and Internet companies will upgrade this month to an all-digital network, and it could mean changes for some customers. Charter Communications will flip the switch June 10 to provide 200 high-definition (HD) channels, better picture quality and twice-as-fast Internet speed, company spokesman Jack Hardy said Friday.
