One of the best ones Ive heard yet in regard to the fine, upstanding citizens of the good ol USA. Was talking to a woman today who shows her dog. We began talking about retiring, SS, etc. She then tells me this story. She said that there is a woman who shows her dog competitively who is young - maybe in her 30s or 40s. The woman mentioned to her that shes on SS Disability. My acquaintance was astounded since she shows BIG dogs and couldnt imagine what was wrong with her. So she asked her. THE WOMAN IS ON SSDI BECAUSE SHE HAS A FEAR OF PARKING LOTS....YEP...A FEAR OF PARKING LOTS!!!!! So this gal said to her well, how can you come to shows because you have to park in the parking lot here? Her answer yes, I know, and you have no idea how afraid I am when I have to do this...My guess is that her fear of parking lots is only related to those parking lots that are associated with a J-O-B. This stuff makes me want to scream.
