One of the concepts that can contribute to persons growth and lead to greater achievements is positive criticisim. Observers like to criticise, although some criticise with wrong motives, thereby using their own negative criticisim to discourage , frustrate and destroy. Some people always score themselves 100% and perfect but always see only faults in what another person do even when they have done exploit just to condemn them and bring them down.This is wickedness and act of witchcraft. A person that aims to bring somebody down by always criticising him negatively put limitations on his own way .People who quarrel and refuse to here criticism about there performances but want to here only results of 100% reject growth . One of the thing that helped me to grow is the constructive criticisim of my lecturers especially my training principai when I was in theology and training school. This criticism always follow after every message given by cadets (students). Positve criticism helps one to learn and do better . Positive criticim is done when one begins his comments on the areas the perfomer had done well and end with faulty side of it. Positive criticism is done in love. Criticising in love makes a performer to do well even when he is a big zero-illitrate to the extent that there is no element of success in his result . Criticism works wonders when we first commence by appreciating any good thing you see in somebodys performance . No one on earth is perfect. We are only pressing forward toward perfection by having the same view with Paul (phil 3:12-16). May God take you to greater height as you take steps forward with Jesus . God bless you.
