One of the hardest things to do in life is to change yourself. Thats why you should never try to change alone. Making the choice to love God and to be obedient to him is one of the best changes you can make in your life. Yet we often struggle daily to be obedient. Why? The answer is simple- your flesh is not your friend. The power to change comes from God in the presence of the Holy Spirit. The positive changes that he brings about in your life will echo in all eternity. You may not always be happy or agree with something the Lord has done in your life but remember that he knows what is best for you. The sooner you accept Gods plan and stop trying to change his mind and let him change yours you will realize what he has in store for you is always the best. And thats worth thinking about today.
