One of the most beautiful virtues of leadership is touching their humaness, theres a time when seeing a leaders tears, pain, struggles and weakness consolidates ones faith. To this end i have been blessed with a few relationships that im naked with because i get empowered by being real with them. However the Kingdom of God is a gathering and celebration of STRENGTHS, Not a convergence of weaknesses and dysfunctionalities. Theres a calibre of religious saints thats hellbent on discovering ones weakness in order to leverage their disobedience. They have a predator mentality that perpetually hunts for weakness in a leader because they hate being challenged to change and be transformed. Bogged down with low self esteem and insufficient identity, they interpret the challenge to change and grow as rejection, lack of appreciation and acceptance. Beloved, whats the nature of your relationships? Are you bonding around Trauma, weaknesses, sins, dysfunctionalities, vices or Divine realities? Beware of relationships that are a convergence around ignorance, blindness, weaknesses and compromises. FELLOWSHIP WITH THE WISE, PERCEPTIVE, COMPASSIONATE AND STRONG in order to be imparted, encouraged and challenged empoweringly. Theres a time to build faith and convictions by sharing ones wounds and sufferings, theres a time to build Faith through rebuking, correction, admonition, Loving patient instructions, teaching, demonstrations and lifestyle examples, WISDOM IS KNOWING WHICH ONE TO USE WHERE, WITH WHOM AND AT WHAT RIGHT MOMENT.
