One of the reasons I still work in corporate is the life experience I get (and the steady cash flow isnt missed either ;) ). My question to ponder right now is what it means to step up. Most of us have been asked to do that some time in our careers...but I am not sure I have ever really understood what the person on the other side of the table has been asking.... I am now the person asking and it is a humbling experience to see where I have come from...and even more humbling to now find the question that will allow someone else the safety and freedom to find their way. All I know is that I really am my own worst enemy...and in that place of despair and darkness somehow I manage to be my own best friend as well! Here is to everyone who sticks with it and doesnt give up and lives in their fear.... And experiences the freedom of the other side!!! Dare to persist! Dare to Fail! Dare to learn and Dare to Change!!!
