One of the things that I learned years ago and has always stuck with me is that folks are so much deeper and wider than the small little aspects I know about them. It is always so easy to judge others based upon our own set of values and beliefs, but our judgments are typically just a reflection of ourselves and do not represent the person we are judging, because we do not really know the depth of that person’s character or the knowledge and skills they may hold inside of themselves. Do not be afraid to look deeper into a person and peel back the layers; you will be surprised about what you will find out about how much different they are from you, but also how much we are really all very much alike in this world and it is only the small little things that truly separates us from each other.
