One post by Roshani Bafna which is an example in highlighting the immense sufferings of the poor innocent litigants in the hands of our courts and the justice dispensing system of this country the intensity of which is so high that the innocent victims of judiciary even have to decide to commit suicide- It is submitted that the respondents by making a forged revenue record of her land and obtaining the unjust order by fraud on court within 4 months in criminal conspiracy with builder,revenue department ,advocates and magistrate at Dahanu have certainly violated Petitioners human rights, thus Petitioner is deprived from her livelihood and she was compelled to take huge loan from her friends,relatives and bank for her survival and to meet heavy legal expenses since last 10 years. Petitioner has pain to submit the facts that due to 28 years suffering she is bound to feel remorse and gloomy and was not getting justice, she compelled to write a letter to all higher authorities of our country ie. Hon’ble President,Hon’ble Prime Minister,Hon’ble CJI, SC, Hon’ble CJ of HC Bombay, and requested to look into matter before Petitioner take any drastic steps to end her life before the court. I crave leave to produce the said letter when required.
