Hop skip and a jump to the 7th Ave B/Q stop and a short walk to Atlantic Ave/Barclays with all of the trains. Beautiful location. Near the Brooklyn Library, The Brooklyn Museum, two farmers markets, as well as tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. We still cant get over what a gem we found in this place. THE APARTMENT Big living room, fully-stocked, sunny kitchen with a dishwasher, hardwood floors throughout, and rooftop access (see stunning picture). The room for rent is $850/month. Its medium-sized, the current roommate has a full-sized bed, bookshelves, desk, etc. Please note, no exterior windows. THE ROOMMATES Three creative professionals in their 20s—two ladies, one gentleman. We moved in this summer and love exploring the neighborhood or just chilling at home. We keep the common areas clean and organized, share household tasks, and do whatever we can to make it a warm and friendly environment. YOU Gender is unimportant and we dont give a hoot who you date as long as theyre nice. Animals are awesome, but unfortunately they cant live here. Were generally busy with work and creative projects, but were also friends who enjoy hanging out whenever possible; ideally youd be the same!
