One thing is certain and without dispute: Jehovah God is Beautiful. Jesus mentioned that the prodigal son was dressed and given a signet ring by his father; God is Beautiful. God commanded that Blue, Purple and Scarlett clothing (most expensive and beautiful apparel then) should be used and wood of the Ark should be overlaid with purest gold during the construction of it, haba my God is Beautiful. Therefore, the use of jewellery/makeup or not should not be taken out of context, He says "the circumcision of the heart" is where He holds dearly with His people, you can be as dull as a lukewarm water but are you pure in the heart? and i can put on beautiful blings am i pure in heart?. when the isrealites erred you see them with no jewellery and they put ash on themselves coupled with tearing of clothes, besides this: they sure knew how to bling out. Solomon the handsome had abundant precious stones that no one has ever attain. see, i notice a blinged out person before any other but that is my preference, a woman should be presentable not overdone but be beautiful, a man will always be put-together anytime, but we need xtra jara.. The roads in Heaven are paved with precious stones, God is Beautiful therefore enjoy His gifts to you and make God to be Happy that my child understands. I have a very BIG AWESOME Father, Who is Always Beautiful.
