One thing it pays to learn is how to look at the negative patterns - TopicsExpress

One thing it pays to learn is how to look at the negative patterns as blessings, lessons, whispers from divinity.. Rather than becoming embroiled with anger because you cant seem to free yourself from a bad cycle, instead see it as a lesson which consistently arises because you have not yet learned it. The lesson is not hateful and is not trying to hurt you, although you keep smashing yourself against it like a high tide against the rocks. The lesson is neutral - it is your perspective which shapes it according to your consciousness. Take a look at the bad patterns, the negative cycles and the recurring annoyances which threaded themselves through 2014. Which theme, situation or feeling kept coming up and making trouble in your life? Which goal kept evading accomplishment? Which desire was left consistently unsatiated? Which thorn is still in your side, despite vowing that 2014 would be the year that youd pull it out once and for all? THOSE are the lessons you havent quite learned yet. Those are the chances to dive deeper. Those are the invitations to heighten your consciousness and take a look in the places you havent explored yet for answers and points of illumination. I know that I certainly have one such recurring lesson in my own life - something I vowed I would deal with and bring to conclusion this year but which is still hanging around.. I could choose to be despondent and angry. I could choose to feel frustrated. I could make a million excuses and defend my inability to bring things to a positive conclusion. But instead I choose to say thank you to this lesson which lingers. It has not been learned yet and it will stick around until it has been absorbed and understood. Its ok to realise that there is still more work to do. Bring your best and most positive mindset to the table. Bring your spiritual A-game to this party!
