One thing that has been made crystal clear to me in 2014 is that a good mentor is hard to find. One that will let you pick their brain, all the while allowing themselves to be vulnerable to reveal their shortcomings and learnings and mistakes they made along their own journey so you dont have to make them. If and when you do they are there to laugh with you as you take your learning lump. Even when you dont take and apply the shared wisdom....., when you limp back to them they still welcome you with an honest ear. Lastly they arent concerned about awards, accolades, FB tags, shout outs and things of that sort. The only payment they want and that most will ever receive is your continued success in life. #weallneedagoodmentor #success #findone
