One week ago my sweetie went home after fighting a great battle with BDC. Today, our children and me went to the beach to celebrate her in our favorite family vacation location. Through out the day we laughed remembering her standing on the shore telling us either we were out yo far or needed to come back over in front of her. Tears came to my eyes as I remembered how we often floated together beyond the breakers. All in all a great day! Missed my sweetie though. Been gone home a week seems like a lifetime.
