Ongoing documents of truth: Willow Creek Winery has been forced to file yet another suit against West Cape May because of their discriminatory covert activities and lack of transparency . After reading the excerpt below please scroll to see the attached lawsuit with over 99 items that West Cape May inappropriately with held. The West Cape May Solicitor appears to be making a tidy sum spreading misinformation to County and State agencies about Willow Creek. His has billed West Cape May approximately $20,000 dollars up ti June 2013. It appears that amounts are significantly higher as we have been refused the last four months billings. Also of great public concern is the lack transparency of the “Kaithern Administration” in its gross failings to be publicly accountable for the covert activities it has indulged in and fostered. West Cape Mays blatant and unlawful refusal to comply with the legal requirements of the Open Public Records Act has obligated Willow creek Winery to initiate yet another suit to compel West cape may to observe the legal mandates placed upon it by the State of New Jersey. At the heart of this mess is Solicitor Corrados redaction of information that clearly should be provided and failure to comply with the requirements of the act regarding privilege logs and other mandates. Additionally, in this regard, Mr Corrados failure to provide his billing records regarding this matter for the last four months is inexplicable, disturbing and the complete antithesis of the transparency which OPRA seeks to foster.
