She wants to leave for good but sees the pain and anguish on her fathers face, she comes back inside the cage to show her dad she loves him and still cares for him, but she understands she cant live in his caged world. As she leaves again the father clings tightly and grasps her arms because he doesnt want her to leave his life that he doesnt know how to escape, though he has tried. The two are naked because nakedness illustrates vulnerability and openness in the most effective way. It in no way expresses pedophilia.
