Me: How can I help you Him: Well is your manager available Me: Im the only one available sir what I can assist you with Him: well I want to use your facility since it seems to be white owned and nice in here ..especially since you guys are near the Race Trac and all Me:Smiling.... ook I can help you with your reservation if that wont be to much trouble for you Him: Well I guess youll do Long story short I get this guys information and take his deposit and confirm the reservation... here the fun part Me: Thank you for reserving with us and here is your receipt for your non-refundable deposit Him: Yea well bye now Me: Have a great day sir Him: (keeps walking) Me: O and sir I forgot to give you this business card.. here is th owners contact info pleaseeeeeeeeee feel free to contact me at anytime Him: Looks at me with big eyes.... so this is owned by black people..... I need my money back Me: Oooooooo Yes this is black owned... my apologies but you were so pleased with the facility I didnt want you to loose out on what you really wanted... and I did say that deposits are non-refundable...............Now you have a great day #POW #thenerve It was about to go down in here this am and the other customer in here over heard the conversation and she was heated.....
