Oops, I forgot to mention this. BTW, you may have noticed that I have the business acumen of a wet chipboard speaker cabinet. A couple of weeks ago, at Mollys place, I was interviewed by Foxtel for an up-coming doco on Da Oinjels. When first approached by Danny (a lovely bloke, BTW), I expressed my suspicion of any doco & my reluctance at being interviewed. To give some background, I was terribly disappointed in the NWGFFO doco, as I think it gives one of the worse overviews & misrepresentations of bands I have ever seen. No, actually, probably the worst. It was as though it was put together by someone who hates Musicians, IMO, & its sole aim was to make everyone in the band look bad, or like idiots, or both. If so, I believe the goal was achieved & would rate its success 10 out of 10. :-) But as to being a realistic doco? No, not in my opinion. Anyway....... So the interview went well. There were a couple of questions that took me a little by surprise, which is good! And generally it was actually fun! Go figure. I have no idea what anyone else in the band or close to the band said. Apparently, the outright abuse & insults hurled by one ex-member in particular has been edited out, which is probably a good idea............. Its due to be aired in July. Over! Bob.
