Operation manager is urgently needed for Awfar Market in Al- Maadi Job Description: 1- Direct and coordinate the activities of fleet operations department in order to obtain use of equipment, facilities, and human resources 2- Direct and coordinate the activities of staff performing repairs and maintenance to equipment, vehicles and facilities. 3- Monitor and maintain the parts inventory , direct coordinate the activities related to dispatching, routing and tracking transportations such as trucks and other equipment 4- Plan, organize and manage the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements 5- Collaborate with other managers and staff members in order to formulate and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives, 6- Prepare management recommendations such as proposed pricing, and tariff increases or schedule changes 7- Monitor and maintain truck licensing and registrations 8- Monitor and maintain the spare parts inventory , direct investigations to verify and resolve customer (internal or external) complaints 9- Monitor& analyze spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets . Job requirements: 1- Good English 2- Supply chain management preferred , logistics and transport management 3- Distribution, warehousing and storage operations preferred , knowledge in the sector , he will be in charge 4- Experience in planning system , strong leadership and motivation skills, ability planning 5- College degree (min – bachelor degree required), good ability to use computers, excel spreadsheets, databases and other 6- Make decision quickly, problem solver , time management and flexibility.
