Our 12th project is THE GREEN ISINYA CITY. Cretum is now focusing on providing ideal, quality and affordable housing. Reasons of our focus being; 1. Lack of proper housing for the Middle Income Earners in Nairobi and its suburbs 2. Demand from our clients (we have a database of over 700 clients) to help upgrade undeveloped land. 3. To enable people own homes at a serene environment away from the city This enormous project will be hosted on a 1,000 acre piece of land. We intend to provide plots for sale, construct houses, set up community infrastructure and put up social and recreational amenities. Green Isinya City lies on 1000 Acres of land in Isinya. It is 6 Kilometers off Nairobi Namanga road along the Konza By-pass. The aim of the project is TO PROVIDE LAND & HOUSING TO MIDDLE INCOME EARNERS IN a DEVELOPMENT THAT HOSTS ESSENTIAL AMENITIES LIKE ROADS, STREET LIGHTING, WATER, SEWERAGE SYSTEMS, SECURITY SYSTEMS, and SCHOOLS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR IMMEDIATE SETTLEMENT. Our objectives are: 1. To sell affordable plots to our customers and facilitate immediate construction of the Houses and Settlement. 2. To provide a serene environment where residents will feel comfortable to stay with families without minding security and transportation problems. 3. To provide a common transport system by bus from Isinya Green City to Syokimau Railway Station in the Morning and Evening. 4. To ensure security by installing a perimeter wall with electric fence and surveillance camera, and facilitating installation of a police station. 5. To provide walk ways for jogging in a created arboretum, and provide for modern library facility. 6. To put up a sports center that hosts swimming, basketball, lawn tennis and other sports. 7. To create a recreational experience by putting up shopping malls, banks and hotels to sustain the residents within the estate. PLOTS The development will be subdivided into 1/8th Acres (50 by 100 feet) each at Kshs 750,000. The price will rise to Kshs 1,200,000 after the selling out of the first 1000 plots. The payment method of the plots is 30% and the balance of 70% in 12 equal monthly installments. CONSTRUCTION & FINANCING Due to the many idle private land lying undeveloped in Kenya we feel that it is one of the factors curbing development. To curb this, anyone who will purchase a plot in the Green Isinya City will be requested to construct. We have 3 typos of houses (see pictures below) where one will choose from all ranging from Kshs 3,500,000. The design of the houses at the exterior will be uniform so as to maintain uniformity of the city. The houses value will differ in prices according the interior one will be willing to adopt. FINANCING We have partnered with some Financial Institutions where they will give financing for the construction of houses at a low interest rate. The Kshs 750,000 will act as collateral for the mortgage so no more securities will be needed as collateral. PARTNERS We are undertaking the project in partnership with Investment Cooperative Societies to develop a middle income housing mega project majority have already subscribed to the project.
